Food Pantry

Located at Brooklyn Sports Club, our food pantry operates bi-monthly offering fresh produce, bread, dry goods, canned goods, baby formula, diapers, household needs and incontinence products for seniors. We distribute to over 500 families every other week. Leveraging donations and volunteers from United Way, Food Bank for New York City, New York Cares and the Emergency Food Assistance Program, we distribute annually over 45,000 pounds of food to low-income households throughout Brooklyn communities. Our benchmarks in alleviating hunger within our community were recognized by The Ellen Show, NBC New York and News 12 Brooklyn.
During these critical times the need of various communities requiring food assistance has drastically increased due to the lack of employment, unfair rent hikes, the high costs of affordable of healthy foods in the area, and heightened need due to the devastating impact of COVID-19. We're dedicated to providing free services to youth and senior community members but we need your help. Please click below submit a donation. Whatever you can contribute would greatly help our cause.
